**FASKE INDUSTRIAL — 100% Mexican company, maquiladora (co-packer) specializing in industrial packaging and repackaging, focused on assembling consumer offers.** SEEKING: **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** ***Requirements:*** * **Education:** Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * **Age range:** 30–49 years old ***Experience:*** * Minimum 4–6 years of verifiable experience managing industrial warehouses/maquiladoras, with supervisory responsibility over personnel. * Advanced Excel skills. * SAP proficiency. * Good Storage Practices (GSP). ***Responsibilities:*** v **Warehouse leadership and operations** * Plan, organize, and lead warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, safeguarding, picking, and shipping. v **Inventory and system control** * Oversee physical and system-based inventory control to ensure reliability. * Authorize and monitor cyclical and full inventories. v **Safety, quality, and compliance** * Ensure compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP), safety regulations, quality standards, and management system requirements. * Authorize preventive and corrective actions arising from internal and external audits. v **Personnel management** * Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, including supervisors and operational staff. * Define roles, shifts, workloads, and priorities. * Evaluate team performance and validate training needs. * Promote operational discipline, adherence to procedures, and a safety culture. v **Logistics and transportation** * Plan and ensure compliance with receiving and shipping schedules per customer requirements. v **KPIs and continuous improvement** * Define, analyze, and report key warehouse KPIs (On-Time In-Full [OTIF], inventory accuracy, productivity, losses, incidents). * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. * Identify operational risks and define improvement actions. * Lead continuous improvement projects in warehousing, inventory, and logistics processes. * Ensure physical movements match system records (SAP). * Define and ensure proper use of layout, storage locations, and storage methods. * Guarantee order, cleanliness, signage, and accurate identification of raw materials and finished goods, applying FIFO/FEFO principles and traceability. * Ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods for internal and external customers. * Authorize and coordinate optimization of warehouse space and resources. ***Schedule:*** * **MIXED SHIFT** ***Work Location:*** EXPORTEC II INDUSTRIAL PARK & PARAGÓN AIRPORT PARK. ***We Offer:*** * $31,000 MXN monthly, net. * Statutory benefits.
