Requirements * Required education level: Secondary school / technical secondary * Experience: 2 \- 3 years as WAREHOUSE MANAGER * Knowledge(s) and tool(s): + Computer proficiency + Experience as warehouse supervisor, warehouse manager, or in similar roles. + Excel * Language(s): + None * Skill(s) and competency(ies): + Commitment + Strategic planning + Leadership + Communication + Work quality + Teamwork + Continuous learning * Candidate availability: + No travel required Schedule Some days Full-time 06:00 \- 21:00 Schedule clarification: SPLIT SHIFT — Entry time at 06:30 AM to 13:00, return from 17:00 to 21:00 Functions and Activities * Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records, reporting justified adjustments. * Perform product picking according to sales orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities and item references. * Organize the warehouse by categories, zones, or codes to facilitate picking and counting. * Coordinate and conduct periodic physical inventories (weekly, monthly, quarterly). * Prepare and submit inventory reports, and inbound/outbound movement reports in Excel format. * Maintain up-to-date stock control in Excel files and company systems.
