They act as the single point of contact, integrate technical and business teams, and promote the methodological discipline required for medium- to large-scale projects. They collaborate on initiatives that may impact multiple business units. **What you’ll do:** * Plan and coordinate all project phases from concept through implementation. * Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and cost/hour estimates. * Lead status meetings, risk tracking, and change control. * Manage integration and review of deliverables from vendors and third parties. * Communicate progress and prepare formal and informal presentations for stakeholders. * Oversee quality, resource allocation, and adherence to scope and schedule. * Promote adoption and change management across affected areas. **What you need:** * 8 years of experience in IT project management, planning, and execution. * 8 years of experience leading teams and managing stakeholders in consulting environments. * 8 years of experience in the payments or fintech industry, with knowledge of card processing. * 8 years of experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies. * 8 years of experience communicating in advanced English and engaging with international clients (Spanish and/or Portuguese required). **What would be ideal to have (Desirable):** * 8 years of experience applying PMBOK and holding Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. * 8 years of experience in agile management with Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. * 8 years of experience managing integrations, vendors, and technical contracts. * 8 years of experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and data analysis. * 8 years of experience in change management and communication for solution adoption. **Our culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
