




**Department: Systems / IT** **Reports to: Systems Manager** **Work Mode: On-site** **Job Objective** To provide **timely and efficient technical support** to end users, ensuring the proper operation of **computers, software, printers, networks, and corporate applications**, including **Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Magento**, thereby guaranteeing organizational operational continuity. **Employment Type: Full-time:** Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM **Key Responsibilities** **Technical Support and Hardware** * Configure, install, and maintain computing equipment (PCs, laptops). * Perform physical component replacements (hard drives, RAM, power supplies, etc.). * Diagnose and resolve hardware failures. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. **Software and Applications** * Install, configure, and update operating systems and corporate software. * Provide **end-user application support, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Magento**. * Address incidents related to access, permissions, and basic application usage. * Perform data backups and recovery as required. **Printers and Peripherals** * Install, configure, and support local and network printers. * Resolve printing and connectivity issues. * Configure and maintain peripherals (phones, scanners, readers, etc.). **Networks** * Assist with basic LAN/WAN network administration. * Configure network parameters (IP, DHCP, connectivity). * Provide support for structured cabling and network links. * Diagnose and report network failures. **User Support** * Deliver on-site technical support. * Log, track, and close support tickets. * Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures. * Provide basic user training on system and application usage. **Technical Knowledge** * End-user technical support. * Microsoft Windows and Office (mandatory). * Microsoft Dynamics 365 (basic or intermediate functional support level).
