




**Sales Operations Manager** RUI, a BPO specializing in outsourced customer support management since 1996, brings together technology and talent to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty for our partners. RUI is seeking a highly analytical and results\-driven **Sales Operations Manager** to support and optimize our Inbouns Sales Operations in CDMX. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across sales teams handling incoming calls related to Internet service upgrades, promotions, and customer retention. You will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Supervisors, and cross\-functional teams to improve performance, efficiency, and revenue outcomes. Responsibilities * Oversee and optimize sales operations processes to support multiple sales teams. * Analyze and Optimize e sales performance metrics, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. * Develop, implement, and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models. * Coach and develop front\-line leaders by providing feedback and inspecting coachings to improve productivity * Design and refine sales workflows, incentive structures, and performance measurement tools. * Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained, optimized, and leveraged for data\-driven decision\-making. * Identify customer and sales trends through data analysis to support strategic initiatives. * Collaborate with Training, Quality Assurance, and Technology teams to improve sales effectiveness and compliance. * Support the rollout of new products, promotions, and sales initiatives with clear operational plans. * Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policies related to consumer data and confidential information. Requirements * Proven experience with at least 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or sales management, preferably in a BPO environment. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, data management systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to synthesize anecdotal and quantitative data to leadership and clients. * Strong attention to detail with a process\-improvement mindset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment. * Experience supporting sales teams focused on upgrades, promotions, retention, or customer acquisition preferred. * Knowledge of sales compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
