Executing preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment A prominent healthcare company requires: Job Description: Maintenance Assistant Experience in \- Handling documents (maintenance logs) \- Performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other infrastructure-related repairs \- Addressing reported failures or defects in facilities, furniture, or equipment \- Carrying out scheduled inspection and maintenance routines (lubrication, cleaning, mechanical adjustments, etc.) \- Implementing the preventive maintenance plan for machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient and continuous operation \- Performing corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities \- Supporting inspections of electrical systems, ventilation systems, lighting, equipment, etc. \- Installing shelves, supports, signage, equipment, etc. \- Participating in furniture relocation, equipment repositioning, and space adaptation activities \- Properly handling manual, electric, and measuring tools, etc. \- Maintaining assigned tools and equipment in good condition; reporting damage or loss \- Supporting basic exterior maintenance tasks, technical cleaning, etc. \- Conducting rounds to verify the general condition of facilities \- Executing assigned tasks according to established plans and priorities \- Completing required records (logs, checklists, etc.) \- Other duties as determined by the General Management or direct supervisor.
