Job Summary: Coordinate and verify the receipt, location, and picking of products, ensuring their identification and integrity, and supervise warehouse personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Essential forklift operation skills required for warehouse operations. 2. Inventory supervision and coordination of warehouse staff. 3. Ensure product and material integrity and accurate identification. 1\) Forklift operation is MANDATORY. 1\) Verify that received supplies and products match the documentation provided by the customer, and ensure they are properly identified and in good condition. 3\) Assign designated locations for products and materials, ensuring their identification and integrity are maintained at all times. 4\) Coordinate assigned personnel to pick items for the production area based on internal production orders. 5\) Verify that finished products delivered by production are properly identified. 7\) Coordinate warehouse assistants' activities to perform corresponding product movements. 8\) Assign personnel under supervision to conduct cycle and rotating inventory counts, and report results to the Inventory Supervisor. 12\) Ensure forklifts and pallet jacks are functioning properly; otherwise, notify the Maintenance Department and immediate supervisor. 13\) Comply with established cleaning schedules.
