Seeking a **CONSTRUCTION SITE WAREHOUSE MANAGER IN ACAPULCO.** **Must reside in Acapulco (Immediate availability required).** **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 30 to 45 years. * Education: Licensed Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, or Business Administration graduate (completed degree or incomplete: from semester 5 onward). * Experience: 3 to 4 years as Construction Site Warehouse Manager. * Residence: Mexico City (CDMX) or Metropolitan Area. * Willingness to temporarily relocate to Acapulco, Guerrero. * Immediate availability (must not be currently employed). **RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE IN:** * Administration, control, and management of construction site warehouse operations: material receipts, issuances, and transfers. * Knowledge of construction materials. * Logistics for material distribution. * Receipt and proper placement of materials. * Space optimization and material reorganization. * Accounting inventory and physical inventory processes. * Planning of construction material supplies according to logbooks and requirements. * Inventory control. * Identification and correction of variances. **Skills and Competencies:** Proactive, solution-oriented, dynamic, team player, goal- and results-driven, punctual, honest. **We Offer:** $25,000 gross/month \+ Benefits exceeding statutory labor law requirements.
