Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement departments. **Job Objective:** Support warehouse operational activities by ensuring correct handling, stacking, and inventory control of materials and supplies in compliance with established procedures and applicable regulations, thereby contributing to logistical efficiency and adherence to quality and food safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** · Receive, store, and issue materials and supplies according to established procedures. · Record incoming and outgoing movements in the system or on physical forms. · Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method for product rotation. · Assist in conducting physical inventories and reconciliations. · Apply stacking regulations to ensure order and safety within the warehouse. · Maintain a clean and organized work area. · Report incidents or deviations to the supervisor. · Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement departments. **Job Requirements** · Minimum education required: Technical degree in logistics or administration, or completed high school. · Prior work experience: Preferably 1 year in warehousing or logistics. · Technical or specific knowledge: Inventory management, forklift operation, stacking regulations, FEFO. · Required soft skills: Organization, responsibility, teamwork, attention to detail. **Working Conditions** · Work schedule: Day off: Sunday plus one day per week, 10:00–19:00 hrs. · Work modality: On-site. · Tools or equipment used: Forklift, barcode scanner, computer, communication radio. **Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:** · Knowledge: Inventory control, FEFO, stacking, forklift operation. · Skills: Organization, accuracy, physical labor, communication. · Attitudes: Discipline, commitment, responsibility, willingness to learn.
