Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure the proper performance of logistics operations in stores, coordinating fleets and resolving incidents to guarantee efficiency. Ongoing training and short-term growth Karri México is a **logistics company** founded in **2020**, with a clear objective: **to revolutionize how deliveries and logistics operations are managed**. **Position Objective:** Ensure proper store operational performance by enforcing correct protocols, minimizing conflicts, and increasing visibility specifically for coordinators and customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the **daily operational status** of the assigned fleet. * Administer and monitor the **fleet across different business units**, ensuring availability and compliance. * Conduct **daily operational audits**, identifying deviations and ensuring adherence to processes. * Perform **order assignment and distribution** to the fleet, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery. * Provide **first-level in-store customer service**, resolving operational incidents and escalating when necessary. * Manage and resolve **operational contingencies** via the **SPARK** platform, ensuring uninterrupted deliveries. * Track incidents and ensure compliance with operational KPIs (timeliness, deliveries, coverage). **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in **supermarkets** * Knowledge of delivery operations, order assignment, and fleet management. * Experience handling contingencies and operating with **SPARK** (preferred). * Strong tracking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **This position is 100% field-based** **Work Area: Cuauhtémoc Borough, CDMX** **We Offer:** * Salary: $14,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Additional days off (birthdays, moving, etc.) * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with a weekday day off * Short-term growth * Dynamic work environment * Ongoing training **If you're interested, apply through this channel and be part of the change!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
