Delivering the best guest service experience (service sequence, suggestive selling). Handling food and beverage items (preparation time and presentation). Acting as unit manager and fulfilling all managerial duties in the manager’s absence (identify, prevent, and resolve issues). Supervising team members to ensure effective performance aligned with established standards. Excellent service attitude—especially during peak hours. Performing end-of-day closing procedures for the unit. Availability for full-time work and willingness to commute within CDMX.
