




Job Summary: Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of ATMs, supervise adherence to delivery timelines, and manage logistics providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end ATM logistics from origin to installation in Mexico 2. Supervise customs documentation and adherence to delivery timelines 3. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and authorities on logistics Advanced English or fluent spoken English is required. Activities: Coordinate the transport, storage, and distribution of ATMs from their point of origin to their installation points in Mexico. Supervise compliance with delivery times and customs documentation (in the case of imports). Manage logistics providers (carriers, warehouses, customs agents). Project Monitoring: Monitor the progress of deliveries and installations, reporting incidents to the Project Manager. Keep inventory and ATM status records up to date. Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance) and customers to ensure logistics are aligned with project requirements. Support communication with banks, business partners, and local authorities. Documentation and Reports: Prepare reports on logistics progress, costs, and risks. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
