At least 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager or similar role is required. Experience managing personnel. **Job Responsibilities** Supervision and coordination of accounting processes. Preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements. Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Preparation, supervision, and coordination of tax calculations (Income Tax, VAT, Annual Tax Return, Informational Returns, etc.). Handling SAT invitation letters, official requests, and Deep Oversight procedures. Supervision and coordination of payroll processing. Review and supervision of social security contribution calculations. Responding to IMSS and Infonavit requests and audits. Processing of administrative procedures with IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot. Coaching, supervision, and training of staff.
