At GRUPO URBANUS, we are seeking new talent: **CONVENIENCE STORE SUPERVISOR** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily operations of assigned stores. * Ensure compliance with service, cleanliness, and inventory standards. * Control shrinkage, ordering, and product rotation. * Monitor sales and productivity indicators. * Train, support, and evaluate store teams. * Handle incidents, reports, and store opening/closing as required. * Implement commercial strategies and promotions. **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a supervisor or store manager in convenience stores, self-service stores, retail, or similar. * Willingness to travel between stores. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and administrative controls. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results orientation. * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). **We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary: $15,000 MXN * Statutory benefits from day one. * Career growth within Grupo Urbanus. * Uniforms * Training **Work Location: URBANUS Stores in (Tlalpan, Álvaro Obregón, Pantitlán, Ixtapaluca).**
