Language: Intermediate English (able to conduct business conversations and read technical documentation). Skills: KPI management, field/site supervision, technical negotiation, and CRM handling. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and supervise the field and office sales team. Develop commercial strategies for the construction sector. Monitor key accounts and prospect new projects. Prepare performance reports and track monthly target achievement.
