




Supervise and coordinate the route sales team. * Ensure achievement of sales targets per route and salesperson. * Accompany the team in the field and provide feedback. * Monitor coverage, frequency, and customer visits. * Identify sales opportunities and route improvement opportunities. * Verify proper product display, rotation, and handling. * Resolve incidents with customers and points of sale. * Prepare sales and team performance reports. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse regarding delivery and stock replenishment. * Train and motivate the sales team. * 100% operational and field-based position. * Requires flexible schedule and mobility. * Experience in consumer goods or food products is highly desirable. * The supervisor must lead by example and be familiar with the routes.
