




DESCRIPTION **Purpose of the Position** Design, execute, and manage all marketing and communication strategies to position Baterías Universales as a leading brand within its segment. This is an integrated role combining strategy, creativity, and operational execution—including social media, content, branding, digital advertising, product promotion, and commercial opportunity generation. **Key Responsibilities** ******Strategy and Planning** * Develop the annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives. * Create the monthly calendar of campaigns, content, and brand activities. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. * Digital Management and Web Presence * Manage social media: content creation, posting, engagement, and digital customer service. * Design simple visual assets for promotions, catalogs, and digital materials. * Manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Lead the development and/or redesign project of the company’s website, coordinating with an external developer to define objectives, structure, content, timelines, and validate progress until successful implementation. * Monitor key metrics: website traffic, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions. **Branding and Visual Identity** * Ensure consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all channels. * Coordinate product and promotional photo/video shoots. * Supervise correct application of brand identity in internal and external materials. **Commercial Area Support** * Develop sales tools: commercial presentations, technical specifications, and promotions. * Manage and enrich prospect databases. * Launch campaigns aimed at increasing traffic, leads, and sales. **Administration, Reporting, and Team Structure** * Deliver monthly performance reports including results and recommendations. * Manage the marketing budget and coordinate external vendors. * Continuously assess the team’s operational workload to determine whether tasks can be handled by a single person or require additional support (freelancers, agencies, or new hires) to ensure goal achievement. REQUIREMENTS **Required Profile** * Completed undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. * Experience working in small or medium-sized enterprises (preferably retail or automotive sectors). * Proficiency with tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and basic CRM systems. * Basic knowledge of photography, copywriting, and metric analysis. **Key Competencies** * Creativity and innovation * Analytical ability and results orientation * Organization and self-management * Clear communication * Proactivity and decision-making
