Seeking: **Electrical Materials Sales Manager** ***Key Requirements and Responsibilities:*** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field). * **2–4 years of experience analyzing energy sectors, and selling wall plates, switches, and outlets.** * **Experience with large retail chains such as Walmart, Home Depot, Sodimac, hardware stores, and online platforms in Mexico.** * Prior experience with B2B and B2C sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and sales closing. * Intermediate knowledge of Mexican electricity market regulations. * Knowledge of electrical materials: conductors and electrical cables, switches, distribution panels, outlets, lighting fixtures. * Intermediate–advanced English: spoken and written (an assessment will be administered). ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Define and execute the **electrical materials sales strategy** (industrial, residential, and commercial). * Analyze the market, competition, pricing, and trends in the electrical sector. * Develop new markets, distribution channels, and key customers. * Negotiate with **strategic customers, distributors, and major accounts**. * Supervise **quotations, margins, pricing, and discounts**. * Coordinate with Finance on **collections and credit control**. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance results. * Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure **inventory availability**. * Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process. ***We Offer:*** * Statutory benefits. * Salary: $30,000 to $45,000 ***Working Hours:*** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
