A leading private security company is seeking: **Marketing Manager** Work Mode: On-site Position Type: Full-time We are looking for a strategic, leadership-oriented, creative, and results-driven **Marketing Manager** to develop and implement strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market positioning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies. * Develop digital and traditional strategies for brand positioning, as well as advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and sales. * Oversee advertising campaigns; manage social media (including crisis response and containment), content, branding, corporate communications, and content creation. * Analyze metrics, KPIs, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize outcomes. * Manage timelines, budgets, and risks. · Coordinate and supervise agencies, vendors, and internal teams, aligning objectives under a vision of innovation and customer service. * Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign return on investment (ROI). * Create and implement customer positioning and loyalty strategies. * Design and execute segmented growth strategies with measurable KPIs. * Digital transformation, user behavior analysis. * Identify expansion opportunities. * Collaborate closely with the sales department to achieve business goals. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles and/or as Project Manager or Brand Manager. * Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, advertising planning, and metric analysis, including SEO, email marketing, and digital analytics. * Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM systems. * Experience in brand development and commercial strategy. * Leadership, organizational skills, communication, creativity, and strategic thinking. * Analytical mindset, results orientation, and negotiation ability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth.
