Autonomy to implement commercial strategies in the field **PAYROLL CREDIT MANAGER** At Exitus Credit, we seek field commercial leaders who are results-driven and have proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and convert objectives into tangible results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute payroll loan placements within the assigned territory. * Lead, activate, and support commercial teams in the field. * Drive customer acquisition, loan closing, and portfolio growth. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure achievement of the branch’s monthly targets. **Requirements** * Mandatory experience in payroll and/or domiciled loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable field sales team leadership experience. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies. **We Offer** * Base salary: $12,500 to $18,500 (negotiable based on experience) * Bonuses for target achievement * Timely payroll payment * Autonomy to implement commercial strategies in the field * A role with high impact on results and professional growth
