Work for a **leading logistics solutions provider**, where your role is fundamental to team success and company growth. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and strengthen long-term business relationships with strategic clients. * Quote comprehensive logistics services, including domestic transportation, cross-border transportation, and freight forwarding (FCL, LCL, air, land, and warehousing). * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper execution and shipment tracking. * Negotiate rates, commercial terms, and service agreements with clients. * Timely follow-up on leads, business opportunities, and sales closure processes. * Achieve monthly commercial targets. * Maintain up-to-date CRM records reflecting commercial activity management and progress. * Provide clients with advisory support on logistics and international trade matters, delivering solutions aligned with their needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the logistics sector (freight forwarder, carrier, shipping line, or international logistics). * Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred). * Solid understanding of Incoterms, import/export processes, and handling of various cargo types. * Existing client portfolio (preferred). * Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales closing skills. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred). * Strong results orientation and commitment to achieving commercial targets. **Benefits:** * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional development. * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. * Commissions. * Statutory benefits.
