What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 2 years of relevant beverage service experience in a fine-dining restaurant. * Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. * Minimum 3 years of experience in bars, restaurants, or hotels. * Experience with and attention to hygiene standards. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexible schedules and shifts. * Energetic individual with strong teamwork skills and adaptability. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Greet guests, deliver attentive service, and escort them to their assigned seats. * Take beverage orders from guests and serve them promptly, adhering to service standards. * Provide detailed information about products and beverages to assist guests in making selections. * Monitor and control beverage inventory usage, minimizing waste. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, service stations, and guest tables. * Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through professional and attentive beverage service. * Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in information sharing. * Address guest complaints and feedback immediately, reporting them to management. * Contribute ideas to enhance sales and optimize restaurant operations. * Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance. * Comply with company policies, as well as health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards. * Stay informed about emergency procedures and act appropriately when necessary. * Collaborate respectfully and efficiently with colleagues, other departments, and third parties. * Fulfill ethical and legal responsibilities, and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
