Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Sales Supervisor to ensure an organized, measurable, and efficient sales operation, supporting the circular economy. Key Highlights: 1. We are a growing Mexican company dedicated to plastic transformation and recycling; we drive the circular economy by converting waste into high-value resources. We seek an Administrative Supervisor for our commercial structure. We do not seek someone who will go out to sell, but rather the key person who ensures our sales operation is organized, measurable, and efficient. Main Responsibilities: * Commercial Intelligence: Preparation and presentation of management reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly). * KPI Management: Continuous monitoring of key performance indicators to identify deviations and areas for improvement. * Operational Leadership: Supervision, guidance, and development of a direct-report team member, ensuring fulfillment of their duties. * Control and Structure: Organization and optimization of internal sales department processes. * Business Vision: Strategic support in structuring and cleansing the customer portfolio for future projections. Requirements * Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative roles, preferably related to commercial or analytical functions. * Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) for dashboard and report creation. * Leadership Skills: Basic experience or aptitude for leading personnel (positively valued). * Key Competencies: Analytical thinking, strong sense of organization, follow-up capability, and results orientation.
