Opportunity to propose automated solutions We are looking for: **WFM Specialist** **Responsibilities:** \- Create control dashboards and executive reports. \- Data Management \- Identify bottlenecks in the information flow and propose automated solutions. \- Provide strategic support through analysis for problem resolution **Requirements:** \- Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree \- Experience in contact center or call center, 1 YEAR. \- Advanced Office suite (Excel) \- Incomplete Administrative Technician degree. **We Offer:** \- Competitive salary \- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 16:00 \- Midweek day off. \- Statutory benefits **Work Location:** Olivar de los Padres JOIN OUR TEAM!
