**Visual and Technical Communication DesignerPosition Objective** Join the team to **develop and implement visual communication** between **operations and engineering departments** and external audiences (clients, citizens, professionals, and technical staff), transforming complex information into **clear, visual, and functional messages**, through manuals, presentations, identities, and graphic materials. **Key Responsibilities** * Development and application of **brand visual identity**. * Creation of **institutional image guidelines, manuals, and style guides**. * Design of **executive and technical presentations** (PowerPoint / PDF). * Development of **operational manuals, infographics, and informational materials**. * Visual communication of technical processes, construction projects, systems, and outcomes. * Design and production of **catalogs, portfolios, and technical datasheets**. * **Photographic editing and retouching**, as well as support in photography. * Coordination with **operations, engineering, and field teams**. * Support in visual standardization of information and documentation. * Participation in multidisciplinary projects with defined timelines and objectives. **Required Technical KnowledgeOffice Software** * **Excel** (intermediate–advanced): data organization, tables, charts. * **PowerPoint** (advanced): clear, visual, and structured presentations. **Adobe** * **Illustrator** – Advanced * **Photoshop** – Advanced * **InDesign** – Advanced **Desirable (plus):** * **Premiere Pro** – Basic / Intermediate * **After Effects** – Basic **Required Experience** * **2–3 years of verifiable experience** in: * Visual identity and branding development. * Creation of manuals, guidelines, and institutional documents. * Visual communication applied to real-world contexts (not merely conceptual). * Experience in sectors such as **construction, industry, manufacturing, government, infrastructure, or technical operations** will be highly valued. **Key Skills** * Ability to **translate technical information into clear communication**. * Visual and structured thinking. * Organization and simultaneous management of multiple projects. * Attention to detail and graphic judgment. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Collaborative work ethic and proactive attitude. **Personal Profile** * Creative and self-motivated. * Energetic, curious, and eager to learn. * Adaptability to changing environments. * Comfort working on **multidisciplinary tasks**. * Interest in real-world processes and their social, urban, or institutional impact. **Desirable Plus Qualifications** * Basic understanding of construction, industrial, or technical processes. * Experience in institutional projects or with public agencies. * Sensitivity in communicating with diverse audiences (clients, citizens, technical staff).
