




Position Summary: Provide first-level technical support to users and technological infrastructure, ensuring system operation and basic monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Initial incident response and follow-up on preventive/corrective tasks. 2. Infrastructure and technological platform monitoring. 3. Perimeter firewall and server administration and configuration. We are a technology-sector company seeking: **TR1 Technical Support Analyst in hybrid work mode** **Work location: Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo borough, CDMX, near Auditorio Metro Station or Campo Marte MB Station.** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; one Sunday per fortnight from home (on-call duty); **hybrid mode: 3 days in the office and the rest remotely.** **Position objective:** Provide first-level technical support to company users and technological infrastructure, ensuring system operation and basic monitoring.
