Position Summary: Control the inventory of the assigned account's products by defining and supervising controls to verify the absence of discrepancies. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory and product movement control in the system. 2. Support in conducting cyclic inventory counts and resolving discrepancies. **Inventory Analyst** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree * Availability of time * One year of experience in a similar position. **Purpose of the Position:** To control the inventory of the assigned account's products by defining and supervising controls, ensuring no discrepancies occur during storage of the client's merchandise. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor sequential numbering of documents (supporting documents for product movements). * Record and reconcile product movements in the system. * Support cyclic inventory counts as required by the process, coordinating with applicable distribution centers (Cedis) and floor staff for physical product counting, comparing physical count results against system records, analyzing whether any movements remain unapplied, and performing system corrections to support control of stored products. * Coordinate with the control desk on product replenishment according to priority classifications, providing guidance to floor staff for product picking.
