A leading company in its industry, located in Toluca, is seeking an Electromechanical Technician. JOB OBJECTIVE: Execute the Preventive Maintenance Plan; meet departmental KPIs; perform corrective maintenance activities; implement new technologies in machinery and equipment installed across various production areas. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Technical degree in electromechanics, mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or related field. * Age: 27 to 40 years old. * Knowledge: Electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics. * Minimum 3 years of experience: * Industrial maintenance: motors, compressors, electric forklifts, vacuum pumps, electrical panel wiring (220/440 V), electrical conduit installation, production line machinery maintenance, general services maintenance, electronic equipment maintenance, industrial safety, etc. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (one weekday rest day). * Rotating daytime shifts. * Night shift during seasonal openings. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on the production line. • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and pneumatic issues on the production line. • Perform preventive maintenance on the production line. • Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, pumps, and forklifts. • Maintain activity logs. • Adhere to the lubrication schedule. • Complete checklists. • Perform preventive maintenance on peripheral and support equipment. • Perform preventive maintenance in general services areas. • Develop improvements for equipment, tools, devices, etc. • Complete and comply with specific maintenance forms. • Maintain cleanliness and order in workshops.
