**INTECFRA**, a leader in the sale and leasing of computing equipment and IT infrastructure, is seeking talent to join our team in the position of **Corporate Lawyer**. **Work location:** La Morena 804, Narvarte Poniente, Benito Juárez. ***We offer:*** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional development. * Excellent working environment. * Direct participation in the organization's strategic projects. **Key responsibilities:** * Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring commercial, employment, and service provision contracts. * Handling and monitoring employment-related matters, conciliations, and coordination with external law firms. * Preventive legal advisory services to various company departments. * Monitoring administrative and corporate processes. * Document verification and legal support for commercial operations. * Management and control of legal files and corporate documentation. * Support in drafting internal policies and regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (with degree conferred). * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labor and commercial law. * Knowledge of contracts, labor relations, and corporate oversight. * Experience in technology or service companies is desirable. * Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency.
