We are looking for a Tax and Administrative Accountant who wishes to join our team. **WORK LOCATION:** Tlalnepantla. **SALARY:** $14,000 \- $16,500 per month **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Degree holder) * Gender: Both * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field * Experience in general, tax, and administrative accounting. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * File monthly, annual, and informative tax returns: VAT, Income Tax, and Expenditures (SAT). * Review payroll and weekly payroll stamps. * Conduct cost analysis and ensure compliance with Mexican tax obligations. * Implement internal controls. * Prepare financial statement reports. * Conduct internal audits. * Manage income\-expense administration, ensuring follow-up and compliance with the company’s administrative and tax processes. * Register and deregister employees with IMSS; submit IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT payments; manage IDSE, SUA, and REPSE systems. * Manage accounts/factors receivable. * Develop strategies to improve cash flow. **BENEFITS AND PERKS:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * A safe and collaborative work environment. * 15-day year-end bonus payment. * Annual vacation days. * Vacation premium.
