This role is critical to ensuring that office and corporate space projects are **manufactured on time and to specification**. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and control production for workspace projects. * Define and monitor the Master Production Plan. * Manage mixed teams (operational and administrative). * Adjust workloads and priorities according to installed capacity. * Reduce rework, material losses, and timeline deviations. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper project execution. * Implement process improvements and operational discipline. * Monitor production and quality KPIs. Requirements: * Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 5 years leading production**, preferably in custom projects, corporate furniture, or architectural spaces. * Proven experience in **production planning** and timeline control. * Operational leadership. * Ability to make decisions and work under pressure during delivery peaks. * Intermediate proficiency in **SketchUp, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and blueprint reading**. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: **9:00–18:00 hrs** * Saturdays: **9:00–14:00 hrs** * Availability during project closing peaks.
