Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, certified. Applicant must currently reside in Mexico City. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative processes related to personnel. Knowledge of reconciliations, financial reporting, and administrative control. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling information. Responsibilities: Reconcile payroll processes with government systems (IMSS, SAT). File declarations with IMSS and INFONAVIT, as well as manage procedures with FONACOT. Support control and validation of information related to employee payments. Review and reconcile accounting records linked to compensation and benefits. Prepare financial and administrative reports related to personnel costs. Validate incidents and variations impacting payment processes. Coordinate with Accounting and Human Resources departments to ensure accurate integration of information. Maintain updated documentation and internal controls for the department.
