Opportunity for growth within an expanding firm Job Description A firm specializing in **Administration, Accounting, and Human Resources** services is seeking to integrate a **Payroll Coordinator** with experience in consulting or professional service environments. You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring legal compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency of the team. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the payroll process (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) * Validate payroll calculations, Income Tax (ISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (Infonavit) * Manage incidents, variable payments, severance settlements, and liquidations * Supervise affiliation movements and employer obligations * Track tickets and SLA compliance * Attend to and advise clients * Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, legal, treasury) * Lead the work team (KPIs, evaluations, and training) * Generate operational and management reports **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree completed) * **5 to 8 years of payroll experience**, preferably in consulting * Experience leading teams * Knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law * ISR, IMSS, and Infonavit * Registry of Providers of Specialized Services (REPSE), Integrated System of Occupational Safety and Health (ICS OE), and Unified Subcontracting Information System (SISUB) * Management of multiple employer registration numbers * Intermediate\-advanced Excel **We Offer** * Net monthly salary of **$22,000 to $25,000** (based on experience) * Statutory benefits from day one * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Job stability * Opportunity for growth within an expanding firm If you meet this profile, apply through this channel.
