Specialization in HR, Training, Organizational Management, or OD is desirable. * Knowledge: Organizational Development, Training, Labor Relations, Human Resources Strategies, Organizational Communication, NOM-035. * Generic Competencies: Teamwork, Leadership, Sense of Urgency, Problem Solving, Frustration Tolerance, People Management, Analytical Ability, Office Suite proficiency. * Technical Competencies: Compensation & Benefits, KPIs, Organizational Development knowledge, Staff Retention & Satisfaction Strategies, Organizational Communication, Training, Office Suite proficiency. * Relevant Functional Experience (years): Minimum 4 years **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the company’s organizational structure to provide visibility to the Human Resources Department regarding positions across various departments. * Develop and analyze organizational structures to assess the feasibility of changes, salary increases, or restructuring. * Manage changes in the company’s workforce, including implementation and follow-up of internal personnel movements, staff expansion, and departmental restructuring. * Administer the human resources system concerning personnel movements, changes, and promotions. * Administer and update the company’s organizational charts. * Administer, document, and update the company’s job descriptions. * Implement the organizational climate survey and NOM-035, as well as develop and monitor actions derived from their results. * Establish guidelines for the company’s organizational communication through updating and disseminating the communication matrix. * Manage and validate the development of internal content and communications to distribute relevant information to employees via various channels—including email, bulletin boards, and videos. * Implement initiatives to create and promote programs reinforcing Industrial Aceitera S.A. de C.V.’s organizational culture and food safety culture. * Develop and administer the internal staff growth process—including performance evaluations and internal promotions. * Develop and coordinate the implementation of programs for evaluating employee competencies. * Develop and coordinate the implementation of programs and policies fostering employee satisfaction and a favorable organizational environment. * Coordinate the planning and organization of corporate events. * Coordinate the establishment of agreements with various companies to secure benefits for employees. * Develop KPIs for the Human Resources Department, as well as productivity studies enabling strategic decision-making. * Manage and address requirements and observations raised by the SGIA, ensuring closure of observations or corrective actions. * Report any employee activity jeopardizing product safety, quality, or legality, in accordance with the Food Safety Policy guidelines. * Authorized to approve the introduction of services/products related to their process where the integrity of the SGIA may be affected. * Authorized to communicate SGIA-related issues to stakeholders. * Authorized to participate in reviewing any changes to the prerequisite program. * Authorized to address psychosocial complaints impacting the RSPO system. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * On-site cafeteria * Discounts on company products * Commercial discounts
