




Job Summary: Maintenance Coordinator with 3 years of experience in operational management, availability, and safety of recreational facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and custodial staff administration 2. Planning and supervision of maintenance activities 3. Equipment, facility, and supplier management Ensure the operability, availability, and safety of recreational facilities and equipment through planning and supervision of maintenance and cleaning activities. Primary Responsibilities: * Manage custodial staff and external contractors * Manage maintenance personnel * Plan corrective and preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities * Administer SAP and ensure actual expenses versus budget * Supervise maintenance-related activities at recreational facilities * Explore alternative solutions with external suppliers * Propose suppliers to Procurement for contact Profile and Experience Education \| Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field \-\|\- Years of Experience \| Minimum 3 years Years of Specific Experience in This Field \| 3 years in maintenance coordination and administration.
