Primary Responsibilities: * Manage custodial staff and external contractors * Manage maintenance personnel * Plan corrective and preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities * Administer SAP and ensure actual expenses versus budget * Supervise maintenance-related activities at recreational facilities * Explore alternative solutions with external suppliers * Propose suppliers to Procurement for contact Profile and Experience Education \| Mechanical Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field \-\|\- Years of Experience \| Minimum 3 years Years of Specific Experience in This Field \| 3 years in maintenance coordination and administration.
