




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to supervise the HR department, manage payroll, taxes, and audits, with managerial and leadership skills. Key Highlights: 1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Requirements: \* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with specialization or diploma in taxation \* Age up to 39 years \* Flexible working hours \* Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing and monitoring weekly and biweekly payroll processes, tax calculations, severance payments, settlements, 2% payroll tax, IMSS movement control, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, HR department supervision, implementation of Norm 035, handling internal audits and government agency inspections \* Up-to-date on tax regulations Job Responsibilities: \* Calculation of Income Tax (ISR) — weekly, biweekly, monthly, and annual \* Application of statutory tax deductions in payroll processing \* Support for general activities of the Human Resources department \* Handling of audits (internal and external) \* Professional appearance and flexible working hours \* Proficient use of Office suite, ERP systems, and Excel \* Accessing SAT’s payroll viewer Skills: \* Strong verbal communication \* Professional appearance \* Managerial skills \* Teamwork \* Leadership \* Tolerance We Offer: \* Salary: $20,000 \* Comprehensive benefits from day one (grocery vouchers, funeral expense coverage, birthday leave, bereavement leave, marriage leave, paternity leave, educational scholarships for employees and their children), and more \* Grocery vouchers: $1,357 Salary: $15,000.00 \- $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
