Comprehensive Hemodynamics Services Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a professional with solid experience in coordinating comprehensive services within the hospital setting, particularly in the public sector. This position is critical to ensuring the proper execution of hemodynamics procedures, guaranteeing coordination among hospitals, physicians, suppliers, and internal departments, as well as appropriate control of supplies and subsequent administrative management. Responsibilities: · Coordinate with hospitals and physicians the scheduling of hemodynamics procedures. · Identify the type of procedure and ensure the availability of all necessary supplies. · Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials for each procedure. · Supervise procedures on-site, either directly or through assigned technicians. · Maintain detailed records of supplies used during each procedure. · Coordinate with the hospital and the relevant department to ensure proper billing and invoicing. · Maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and strategic suppliers. Requirements: · Proven experience in comprehensive hemodynamics services. · Experience in the public sector, preferably with IMSS or other governmental institutions. · Technical knowledge of hemodynamics procedures and associated medical supplies. · Network of contacts with sector suppliers (desirable). · Strong organizational, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills. · Availability to attend hospitals and procedures as required.
