**Job Description:** Supervise and coordinate the automotive damage appraisal process, ensuring that repair estimates and total loss determinations are conducted in accordance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and our clients’ policies. Guarantee reliability, consistency, and cost control in every appraisal. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and validate appraisals performed by the appraisal team. * Ensure proper use of specialized tools, catalogs, standard labor times, and parts costs. * Review and approve appraisal reports, logs, and claims evidence. * Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and agreements with insurers and suppliers. * Provide technical support and feedback to the team to improve quality and consistency. * Address clarifications, internal or external audits, and observations regarding appraisal reports. * Identify technical or cost deviations and propose corrective actions. * Maintain defined SLAs and KPIs for the appraisal operation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in automotive appraisals or supervising appraisers. * Knowledge of appraisal tools, catalogs, and standard repair times. * Analytical ability, team supervision skills, and cost control expertise. **Conditions:** * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, and a shortened Friday. * Location: Barranca del Muerto Metro Station Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
