Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in executing maintenance plans, troubleshooting, equipment monitoring, and safety knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of building maintenance and occupational safety WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENT LIKE YOU AS AN INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Education: Technical degree in industrial maintenance Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar positions Responsibilities: * Execute maintenance plans for plant equipment and facilities. * Monitor the use of maintenance materials and spare parts. * Directly perform troubleshooting activities related to failures in plant machinery and equipment (preventive and corrective maintenance, adjustments, installation). * Monitor UPS systems, record parameter values, and administer first aid in emergencies. * Knowledge of safe work practices under STPS regulations and proper use of PPE. Install, inspect, replace, or repair electrical wiring, switch boxes, conductors, lighting fixtures, and other components. * Knowledge of building maintenance (wall repairs, painting, masonry, drywall, flooring). * Supervise external vendors performing corrective or preventive services. * Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost-effective options among current suppliers. Work Location: Calle 3 ext 1, Fraccionamiento Industrial Alce Blanco, Naucalpan de Juárez.
