Job Summary: CRUZ ROJA MEXICANA is seeking a Maintenance team member to ensure all areas function perfectly, detect problems, and support Civil Protection functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the perfect operation of all areas. 2. Support Civil Protection functions. 3. Continuous training. **CRUZ ROJA MEXICANA** Opens its doors for you to join our team in the **MAINTENANCE** department. **PROFILE.** * Bachelor’s degree incomplete or high school diploma completed. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Preferably at least 1 year of experience in hospital maintenance. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure all areas operate flawlessly. * Problem detection. * Support Civil Protection functions. **SKILLS:** * Surface repair, restoration, and finishing techniques. * Experience applying paint on various surface types. **WE OFFER:** * Salary of $9,452.00 MXN net, with increases based on skills and knowledge. * Statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment. * Shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with two days off. * Continuous training. Salary: Starting at $9,452.00 MXN per month. Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract. Education: * Incomplete bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one (preferred). Experience: * Hospital maintenance: 1 year (preferred). Workplace: On-site employment
