At QUASAIR, we are looking for an HVAC maintenance technician specialized in the retail, residential, and industrial sectors with knowledge in: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems. * Monitoring parameters, resetting alarms, and configuring HVAC systems. * Recording parameters and maintaining logs. * Personalized customer service and attention. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation equipment. * Knowledge of **ASHRAE, ANSI, AMCA, SMAGNA, etc. standards**. * Experience in **oxyacetylene and electrode welding**. * Experience in pressurization, vacuum tests, and refrigerant gas charging. * **Correcting** ductwork, piping, and fittings. * Equipment startup procedures. * Availability of time.
