Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic Junior Tax Manager with analytical vision to coordinate key tax processes within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and supervise compliance with tax obligations 2. Participate in transfer pricing projects and regulatory compliance 3. We are currently seeking to integrate a Junior Tax Manager into our team — a strategic profile with analytical vision, a focus on regulatory compliance, and the ability to coordinate key tax processes within a dynamic and continuously evolving organization. What will you do in this position? * Coordinate and supervise the company’s compliance with tax obligations. * Manage provisional payments and annual tax returns. * Address and follow up on tax audits and authority requests. * Participate in transfer pricing projects and regulatory compliance. * Coordinate obligations related to REPSE, Anti-Money Laundering Law, and social security. * Collaborate in preparing tax opinions and financial analyses. * Interpret financial statements under NIF and IFRS standards for decision-making. * Identify risks and propose improvements to tax and internal control processes. Profile We Are Seeking: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree conferred). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax areas, preferably within corporate companies or accounting firms. * Solid knowledge of Mexican tax legislation. * Experience in audits, tax opinions, and tax compliance. * Proficiency in NIF and IFRS. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Proactive, analytical profile with organizational and leadership skills.
