Job stability and superior benefits Operate the content manufacturing line for soft gelatin capsules, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and hygiene requirements to ensure product quality, productivity, and adherence to the production schedule. ### **Responsibilities** * Manufacture the content for soft gelatin capsules. * Operate manufacturing and storage tanks, mixers, homogenizers, sifters, and colloidal mills. * Perform process controls and equipment adjustments. * Complete and reconcile manufacturing documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP). * Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment within the area. * Identify and report deviations, equipment failures, or product defects. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support training and operational activities within the area as required. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** High school diploma (junior high school with verifiable experience may be considered). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in content manufacturing for soft gelatin capsules. * **Knowledge:** * NOM-059 (GMP and GDP) * Process controls * Operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment * Equipment cleaning and sanitization * **Skills:** * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Manual dexterity * Results-oriented mindset * Availability to work rotating shifts. ### **We Offer** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Job stability * Continuous training * Excellent working environment
