What Are We Looking For? * Completed high school diploma * Minimum 6 months of experience preferred in customer service, service desks, the insurance sector, or case follow-up * Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver clear, empathetic service * Availability to work rotating shifts Key Responsibilities: * Contact insured individuals to digitally integrate claim files in total loss cases * Provide guidance on procedures related to claims and total losses * Review and validate digital documentation for submission to insurance companies * Follow up on collision claims or assistance cases until closure * Support the process from the adjuster’s arrival through to claim resolution * Provide guidance on policies, products, and platform usage * Manage policy reissuance, data updates, and endorsement requests * Handle and escalate inquiries, complaints, and suggestions (PQRs) to ensure SLA compliance Key Skills: * Customer orientation, effective communication, organization and follow-up, attention to detail, problem solving What Do We Offer? * Salary: $10,337 gross monthly * Statutory benefits from day one * Positive and collaborative work environment If you seek growth in a dynamic environment and want to contribute to exceptional service experiences, apply now and join Voccare!
