Job Summary: Telomer Lab, a Mexican company specializing in food supplements, is seeking a Sensory Analyst to execute physical, documentary, and sensory inspections, evaluate organoleptic characteristics, and ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Complete execution of physical, documentary, and sensory inspections. 2. Ensure compliance with technical specifications. 3. Conduct descriptive and discriminatory tests. **"NATURAL WISDOM"** We are Telomer Lab, a proudly Mexican company dedicated to the development, manufacturing, contract manufacturing, sale, and distribution of food supplements nationwide and internationally. Due to expansion, we are hiring: **"SENSORY ANALYST"** Responsibilities: Complete execution of physical, documentary, and sensory inspections. Sampling according to procedures (NOM / ISO / HACCP). Evaluation of organoleptic characteristics. Release or rejection of raw materials. Follow-up on deviations and non-conformities. Duties: Conduct descriptive and discriminatory tests. Ensure compliance with technical specifications. Ensure material traceability. Compliance with standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000\). Authority: Release or rejection of raw materials. Generation of non-conformance reports. Sensory Skill (Intermediate Level) Evaluation of: Taste, Color, Odor, Texture Comparison against defined standards. Identification of subtle variations. Requirements: Completed Bachelor's degree: Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in sensory areas **(mandatory)** **Knowledge of NOM, ISO 9000, FSSC22000, HACCP** Salary: MXN 12,000–15,000 monthly (verifiable experience) \+ PL\+ Punctuality bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you meet the profile, apply through this channel; we will contact you.
