Job Summary: Responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving deviations and nonconformities to eliminate their root cause and prevent recurrence—fundamental in quality management systems. Granjas Esmeralda, Iztapalapa Responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving deviations, nonconformities, or failures identified in processes, with the objective of eliminating their root cause and preventing recurrence. This role is fundamental in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP), **Key Responsibilities** * Identification and Recording: Document audit findings, customer complaints, or product/process failures in detail. * Root Cause Analysis: Use technical tools to investigate why the problem occurred, going beyond superficial symptoms. * Corrective Action Plan Development: Design effective corrective measures to eliminate the fundamental cause. * Implementation and Follow-up: Monitor execution of actions within defined timelines. * Effectiveness Verification: Validate that implemented actions truly prevented recurrence of the problem. **Profile and Competencies** Education: Typically industrial engineering, chemistry, administration, or quality-related fields. Knowledge: ISO 9001:2015 standards, quality tools (Six Sigma), risk management. Skills: Analytical ability, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong technical writing skills for report preparation.
