Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Analyst to plan, train, supervise, and validate processes, as well as coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and organize work programs for packaging lines 2. Train and evaluate the performance of operational staff 3. Supervise compliance with procedures and validate documentation **Position Required:** **Pharmaceutical Production Analyst** **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX (Near Metro Cuatro Caminos) **Requirements** * Education: **QFI, QBP, Pharmaceutical Engineering or related degree**. * Experience in production or packaging within the pharmaceutical industry. **Responsibilities** * Plan and organize work programs for packaging lines. * Train operational staff and evaluate their performance in assigned tasks. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures and report deviations. * Review, classify, and validate documentation generated in the area. * Prepare verification, productivity, and process tracking reports. * Coordinate the preventive maintenance schedule for production equipment. **We Offer** * Salary: $16,000 gross monthly * Food vouchers: $1,000 * Christmas bonus: 30 days * Vacation: 16 days **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Fixed weekends off: Saturday and Sunday) Salary: Starting from $16,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience in packaging? * We are located near Metro Cuatro Caminos—how far would you be from here? * What is your highest level of education and what did you study?
