Collaboration with the apparel production team We are looking for a patternmaker with experience in pattern drafting and mold development to join our apparel production team. This person will play a key role in ensuring garments achieve correct fit, scalability, and readiness for production with contractors. Development of base and graded patterns Interpretation of designs and technical specifications Fitting adjustments and sample corrections Preparation of production patterns (fabric optimization) Communication with contractors to ensure accurate execution Minimum 2\-3 years of experience as a patternmaker Knowledge of shrinkage testing for knitted fabrics Knowledge of size grading Apparel experience (ideally \[sportswear / casual / knit]) Knowledge of knitted fabrics (preferred) Organization, attention to detail, and focus on quality Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
