Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive legacy in the world! **Employee Type** Confidence**Job Objective** Supervise the execution, documentation, and reporting of microbiological sample analyses, ensuring result quality through strict adherence to applicable regulations, standardized operating procedures, and established timelines.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise the proper performance of analyses on samples received in the laboratory, ensuring compliance with standardized operating procedures and applicable current regulations. * Coordinate and manage human resources, equipment, and instruments under supervision for microbiological sample analyses according to standardized operating procedures, within established timelines, and promoting operational efficiency in the area. * Monitor productivity, quality, and CAPA indicators generated during internal and external audits. * Verify compliance with laboratory safety standards and the facility and equipment maintenance program. * Perform activities related to personnel management. * Manage the evaluation, collection, and analysis of non-conforming materials to determine their final disposition. Experience 2 years in: Microbiology laboratories, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or related industries; Quality control laboratories; Laboratory supply administration. Knowledge * Theoretical foundations of general microbiology, NMX-BB-040-1999 * Applicable regulations (NOM 059, NMX-EC-17025-IMNC, and quality control). * Method validation and verification. * Handling of ATCC strains, bacterial endotoxins, antimicrobial activity, viable count of biological indicators. * Growth promotion testing, microbiological sampling, water analysis, microorganism identification, environmental monitoring; pour plating.
