Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and monitor the customer portfolio, ensuring accurate application of payments and reconciliation of accounts receivable. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Accounting and Collections, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry 2. End-to-end management of customer portfolios and account reconciliations 3. Proficiency in SAP and customer portals for billing PROFILE: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (completion preferred) \-Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred), chemical industry, retail chains, or distributors. \-Knowledge: Accounting, customer portfolio management, invoicing, collections, account statements, SAP proficiency \-Flexible working hours WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? \-Maintain documentation for assigned customers, including invoice acknowledgments, credit notes, and payment breakdowns. \-Review and utilize customer portals to upload invoices, credit notes, and payment supplements. \-Prepare and review accounts receivable reconciliations. \-Manage collections in accordance with each customer’s policies. \-Receive and analyze payment proofs for proper application and clarification of charges and discrepancies, per established procedures with each customer. \-Maintain customer files for onboarding. \-Generate account statements for assigned customers.
